It started out as the “Aoibhneas an Rince Auxiliary.” Then, it became the AARA (short for Aoibhneas an Rince Auxiliary) Association. In a nutshell, it is the non-profit “booster club” that supports our school’s dancers/activities/events. Currently, Raul Fumagali serves as President, Denise Fumagali as the Vice President, and Larry Frank as Treasurer.
The organization’s mission is to support Irish culture and performing arts. It is the AARAA that financially supports our performance efforts, including helping to defray a portion of every dancer’s new costume purchase. Many of our family social events are funded by the AARAA. The AARAA also maintains an "exchange," whereby used/gently worn costumes/shoes/practice wear may be advertised/sold. Stay tuned here for the exchange listing and current event information.
