2011-12 Tuition/Fees

Registration fee of $50 per family is due with registration.

 

            Tuition may be paid in one of 3 ways:
1.  One lump sum payment (by September 25) - 10% discount
        - Enter code 1112-1
        -After your account has been updated by Center staff to reflect the discount, you may pay online (www.thestudiodirector.com/applause/register.jsp)or remit payment by check by September 25 to South Riding address below.

2.  Two semester payments (October 1, February 1)- 5% discount
        - Enter code 1112-2
        - After your account has been updated by Center staff to reflect the discount, you may pay online (www.thestudiodirector.com/applause/register.jsp)or remit 2 post-dated checks (October 1 and February 1) to the South Riding address below.

3.  Eight monthly installments (1st of each month, October - May).
        - Payment may be made online (www.thestudiodirector.com/applause/register.jsp)through the automatic payment plan (preferred) or by check.  Checks may be brought in to class at Sterling location ONLY; all other checks must be mailed to:

Please note that we do not have a mailbox at the Sterling Studio address.

*Dancers may not attend class until payment plan has been selected and registration fee has been received.*



Because all payments are installments on a yearly fee, tuition payment amounts do not change regardless of holidays/breaks, weather cancellations, or variation in length of month.  Due dates/payments may or may not correspond exactly to the classes received in a given month. 


    Two weeks written notice is required for withdrawal.  Please contact Denise at 703-327-6836 or lucy796@verizon.net to request a withdrawal form.  If written notice is not given and you stop attending class, your credit card will continue to be charged or your installment checks will continue to be cashed.  There will be no refunds of any tuition/fees.

 There will be a $30.00 fee for returned checks.  There will be a $10 late fee assessed on payments for miscellaneous charges (extra private/semi-private lessons, retail purchases, etc.) on account through the year not received within 30 days of their due date.

**Open Class Tuition Scale

 

For one fee, a dancer may attend as many classes per week as he/she desires.  Fee is charged per dancer, no family discounts.
